$10, $20 and $30 vouchers provide access to the network for up to 30 days from date added to the account; $50 vouchers for up to 60 days; $100 vouchers for up to 365 days.
A monthly 75¢ 9-1-1 Emergency Access Fee (non-government fee) applies. Certain provinces may charge an additional 9-1-1 government fee as follow: 62¢ in Saskatchewan, 40¢ in Québec, 43¢ in Nova Scotia, 53¢ in New Brunswick, 70¢ in Prince Edward Island and 44¢ in Alberta (effective April 1, 2014).
The Fido Network covers 33 million Canadians from coast to coast. When you travel in Canada on the Fido network, your calls will be considered local or long distance and you will not incur roaming charges.

Fido Solutions is a wireless service provider which supports GSM technology and operates on the Rogers network. Fido has over 3 million subscribers and is the 4th largest operator in Canada.
Currently the Fido network consists of three network technologies GSM, 4G HSPA+ and now LTE. Fido supports all network generation types, meaning that when LTE is not available, Fido will provide the next best network.
Users have the option to purchase a device from Fido or bring in their own phone. Devices must be paid off and unlocked. All GSM phones are compatible with Fido--if your phone has a SIM slot, it will work on Fido.
Customers who want to purchase devices from Fido can pay for them upfront or spread payments over 24 months (subject to credit approval). Fido offers devices from all of these leading manufacturers, including Apple and Samsung.
Fido offers postpaid, contract, no contract and prepaid plans. As of this writing, Fido has a total of 35 plans with different talk, text and data varieties. All plans that include talk minutes Canada-Wide. Also, most plans include unlimited evenings and weekend calls between 5pm-7am.
Fido offers international calling while traveling in Canada, the US and/or traveling abroad. These options are also available for prepaid customers as well, allowing prepaid customers the chance to stay connected with friends, family, and work at all times, wherever they are.
